摘要 将水溶液共聚法合成的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺 (CPAM)用于漂白麦草浆的助留助滤实验 ,探讨了浆料pH值、温度、打浆度等因素对其助留助滤效果的影响 ,并与进口CPAM进行了对比。实验结果表明 ,自行研制的CPAM能显著提高浆料中填料的留着率并改善浆料的滤水性能。 Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) prepared through aqueous copolymerization was used as retention and drainage aids in bleached wheat straw pulp, its efficiency was compared with the imported products. The factors, which influence the efficiency of CPAM, pH value of pulp, temperature, beating degree etc., were discussed. The results showed that CPAM could greatly enhance the filler retention and drainability of pulp; pH value, temperature etc., have great influence on the efficiency of CPAM.
