摘要
针对多纸种造纸机纸页定量控制系统的特点 ,提出了一种基于泛布尔代数的自整定PID控制方法。该方法舍弃寻求被控制对象的精确数学模型 ,根据不同时刻的偏差及偏差变化率 ,对PID控制器的参数进行在线整定。利用此方法对纸页定量控制系统进行了仿真试验研究 ,仿真结果表明 ,该方法整定参数简单、工程实现容易。
A method of auto-tuning parameters for PID controller based on the Pan-Boolean algebra is introduced according to its parameters which affect the performance of the PID controller. It is unnecessary to set up the exact math model of the controlled plant. According to the deviation and deviation rate at different time, it is able to eliminate the influences of the parameters of the controlled plant and the disturbance of the external environment by on-line adjusting the parameters of the PID controller. This method is simple to tune the parameters of PID controller and easy to realize in the engineering.
