面对扩招、社会需求及就业形势发生改变的情况,高校应相应地改变人才培养模式,必须以社会需求为导向,以提高毕业生在市场中的竞争力为目标,努力培养他们的实践能力和创新能力,做到人职匹配,办出高校各自的特色,提高学生就业率。

In face of the changing situation of increasing enrollment, social demands, and employment, the modes of cultivating talents of universities and colleges should be guided by social needs with the expectation of improving the graduates'competitive abilities. And they should also be aimed at cultivating the students' abilities of practice and creation so as to match themselves with their occupations. Thus the universities and colleges can have their own unique features and promote higher employment rates
