高校德育工作中要坚持人本教育观

Moral Education Should be Man-centered

高校要构建和确立适应形势发展要求的德育工作新模式,必须坚持以人为本的思想,要以人为中心,把人作为道德主体来培养,突出人的发展;必须创新德育内容,把中国传统美德与西方优秀道德文化相结合,加强人文素质教育和创新精神的培养;要积极探索德育载体,创新德育途径,把大学生培养成为全面发展的社会主义劳动者。

Universities and colleges should construct and establish new working modes of moral education which should be man-centered and cultivate man as the moral main body, emphasizing the development of man. The content of moral education should also be made new with a combination of the traditional Chinese virtues and the good Western moral culture, enhancing the cultivation of human culture and creativity. Efforts should be made to explore the carriers and means of moral education in the hope of cultivating college students into all-run developed socialist laborers.
