摘要
以谷子光敏雄性不育材料“6 83”为不育源 ,选育出 4个新光敏不育系SMPA1~SMPA4 ,与“6 83”相比 ,其农艺性状有明显改善 ,且SMPA2、SMPA3的抽穗期接近本生态区品种类型 ,便于利用 ;光敏不育特性的遗传特点待进一步研究。通过测配 ,筛选出铁谷 1号、98 391等一批光敏不育恢复系 ,以及以SMPA1~SMPA4为不育系初步选出了SMPA1× 98 391等 3个强优组合。
Photoperiod sensitive male sterile millet variety '683' was used as sterile source, four new photoperiod sensitive male sterile millet lines SMPA1, SMPA2, SMPA3 and SMPA4 had been selected and bred. Compared with checked variety '683',their agronomic trait had been improved obviously, and the heading period SMPA2 and SMPA3 was the same as that of other millet variety grown in this area. A series of photoperiod sensitive male sterile restorer lines such as Tiegu1 and 98 391 etc were bred by crossing. Three hybrid combinations with strong heterosis such as SMPA1×98 391 etc had been preliminarily bred and this laid foundation for future studies on application of millet heterosis.
