摘要
对大麦突变品系 2 98113的白化颖壳和旗叶紫耳 2个色变性状的遗传规律进行了研究。结果表明 ,白化颖壳性状和旗叶紫耳性状都属细胞核遗传 ,前者是由单基因控制的隐性性状 ,后者是由单基因控制的显性性状 ,而且两者是独立遗传的。此外 ,试验中还发现分离群体中所有白壳植株的叶鞘基部都为白色 ,绿壳植株的叶鞘基部均为淡绿色 ,未出现重组类型。由此推知 ,白色叶鞘基部性状可能是白化颖壳基因一因多效的表现 ,也可能这 2个性状是紧密连锁的。
Hereditary features of two mutant traits were analyzed for albino lemma and violet auricle of flag leaf in barley mutant 2 98113 induced by radiation. The results showed that both lemma color and auricle color of flag leaf (ACFL) belonged to nuclear inheritance, with Mendelian genetic expression which suggested that the two traits were both controlled by a single pair of allelic genes. The green lemma was dominant to the albino, the violet auricle of flag leaf was dominant to the white. The lemma color and ACFL were inherited independently. It was also found that albino lemma always concurred with white foot of sheath, and green lemma with pea green foot of sheath, and recombination was not found in the segregated offsprings. These facts suggested that the traits of albino lemma and white foot of sheath were either attributed to a single gene with pleiotropic expression or two tight linkage genes.
