摘要
提出了一种基于证据综合的人才测评方法,包括AHP方法中判断矩阵的建立和综合多个测评结论,构造了统一的状态空间,将评价过程视为计算评价结果所处状态的可信度,并举例描述了测评过程.
The paper builds a comprehensive measurement method based on evidence theory to improve human measurement means in two aspects: building up judgement matrix in AHP, and synthesizing multiple measurement results. With a unified state space constructed for application, and the measurement process becomes the calculation of state reliability.
