摘要
逆转座子特异的结构和功能使其作为一种有效的遗传工具应用于许多方面。本文就植物逆座子的组成、类别、以及其作为分子标记体系应用在遗传多样性、种系发生和基因作图等的新进展作一综述。
Retrotransposons had been applied in many fields as a kind of powerful tool because of their specific structure and functions. The components and types of retrotransposons and the advances in genetic diversity, phylogeny and gene mapping using molecular markers were described in this report.
