Application of Embryo Rescue Techniques in the Breeding of Kernelled Fruit Trees

胚抢救技术在核果类果树早熟品种育种及获得远缘杂种、阻止胚早期退化、提高早熟品种种子萌发率和缩短育种周期等方面具有重要作用。对胚抢救技术及其在核果类果树育种上的应用、注意问题进行了综述。

Embryo rescue techniques in kernelled fruit trees lay an important role in breeding new early-maturing type as well as obtaining distant hybrids,preventing embryo degeneration at early development stage,improving the germinant rate of early-maturing type and shortening breeding cycle.Application and progress of embryo rescue in kernel fruit trees breeding was reviewed and several problems were introduced as well in this paper.Meanwhile,insufficiency and direction ahead of embryo rescue techniques in kernelled fruit trees was initially posed.
