条件转基因技术研究的新进展

摘要 转基因技术是近 2 0年发展起来的在体内研究基因功能的分子生物学方法之一 ,近年来在原有技术的基础上 ,取得了许多新进展。综述条件转基因技术研究的新进展。阐明转基因的诱导表达系统和条件基因剔除系统的原理、操作过程以及这两系统各自的优缺点。 Transgenic technology is a means to investigate the physiological function of gene that has only been developed for about 20 years, it has been made great progress in recent several years. In this review inducible expression system of the transgene and conditional knockout were mainly introduced. The mechanism, the course of operation, the virtues advantage and disadvantage were mentioned also. It suggest that transgenic technology is one of the most important tools for the study of life science and human disease.
