电潜泵变频控制器数据采集系统的研制及应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM ON VARIALBE FREQUENCY CONTROLLER OF SUB- MERSIBLE ELECTRIC PUMP

针对雷达(REDA)和森垂(CENTRILIFT)变频控制器研制的数据采集分析系统,可对电潜泵井下运行参数,即井底流压、运行电压、运行电流和运行频率进行实时采集、存储,并利用采集软件和RS232接口实现对数据的读取、处理和分析,从而准确了解机组运行情况,及时调整机组的运行参数,提高生产效率。

The analysis system of the data collection is applied to the variable frequency controller from CENTRILIFT and TEAD Company. It can show and store downhole operation parameters of submersible electric pump such as the operation current, the operation voltage, the operation frequency and the flowing bottom hole pressure. The data can be put into the computer by using RS232 interface, then we can process and analyse them with the collection software.
