摘要
泡沫压井液是天然气研究院开发的新型压井液。该压井液具有密度低、漏失量小、粘度适中、用液量小、返排迅速彻底、摩阻小、易泵注等特点。在川西北气矿中39井现场试验表明,泡沫压井液现场配制方便,可实现连续压井38h无天然气外溢,基本上能满足中坝气藏低压低产井常规试修作业中的单项工艺措施;泡沫压井液漏入须二产层后,历时50余天仍能排出地面,恢复该井正常生产,说明泡沫压井液对类似岩性的产层污染较小。
Foam well killing fluid is a new well killing fluid developed by Research Institute of Nature Gas Technology of PetroChina. This well killing fluid has features of low density, low leakaqe, moderate viscosity, small frictional resistance and quick flow back. This foam well killing fluid is used in gas well Zhong 39 twice in January 2002, field test shows that the well killing fluid can use conveniently in field, and can stable 38 hours in the well. It can meet the requirements of process measures in regular workover job of low pressure and low producing well.
