秀珍菇反季节高效栽培技术研究 被引量:17

摘要 为了解决秀珍菇〔Pleurotuscornucopiae(Paul.:Pers.)Rolland〕反季节栽培过程中出菇难,污染率高的问题,我们对采用谷秆两用稻草粉替代麦麸和木屑作培养料,利用冷库对成熟菌袋进行温差刺激等栽培技术进行研究。结果表明:用"201"优质稻草粉代替栽培料中50%麦麸和50%木屑栽培秀珍菇,可以使栽培袋制作的成品率提高到98%以上,生物学效率增加5 84%~9 38%;每生产1000袋可降低栽培料成本22 80~32 31元,经济效益可提高353 39~619 94元;同时节省了麦麸和木屑,解决"菌牧、菌木"矛盾,有利于发展畜牧业,保持生态平衡。 A study was carried out to solve the problems on fruit body formation and contamination of cultural bags for production of Pleurotus cornucopiae(Paul.:Pers.)Rolland out of cultivation season.Techniques studied were:straw from dual-purpose rice was used as a substitute for wheat bran and wood bits;and a shock with low temperature was given to a cultural bag that was ready for making fruit body.With the substitution,50% in each of wheat bran and wood bits,more than 98% of inoculated cultural-bags were free from contamination and efficiency of bio-production had increased about 584% to 938%.The cost of production was reduced about 228 to 323 yuan per thousand bags;meanwhile the benefit rose for about 35339 to 61994 yuan.In addition,the animal production would be benefit from the substitutions.
