摘要
用东莨菪碱造成小鼠记忆获得障碍或用亚硝酸钠破坏小鼠记忆巩固,用明暗箱法来观察菌丝酒提物对小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用;用断头喘息法观察菌丝酒提物的抗氧化作用;用游泳法观察菌丝酒提物的抗疲劳作用。结果显示,小鼠灌胃菌丝酒提物能明显延长避暗实验中记忆障碍小鼠从明场进入暗场的潜伏期,减少错误次数;能显著延长小鼠断头喘息时间和小鼠在冷水中的游泳时间。说明菌丝酒提物具有较强的改善小鼠学习记忆障碍、抗氧化作用和抗疲劳作用。
Mice were given Flammulina velutipes(FV)(0 5g/kg,1g/kg and 1 5g/kg)orally twice before experiments.Learning and memory impairment was induced by injection of scopolamine(1mg/kg,ip)or NaNO 2(120 mg/kg,ip),and the step-through test was performed.The gasping time of mice after decapitation was used to evaluate the effect of FV on hypoxia.Swimming experiment was performed to observe the effect of FV on fatigue in mice.Results indicated FV(0 5g/kg,1g/kg and 1 5g/kg,p.o.)significantly decreased the latencies and error frequency of mice in the step-through test,and prolonged the gasping time of decapitated mice and the swimming time of normal mice.These data showed that FV significantly improved the learning and memory impairment induced by scopolamine or NaNO 2,and showed strong protective action on hypoxia and improvement of fatigue.
