在国家创新体系中 ,高等学校承担着知识创新和知识传播两个任务 ,这就是通常所说的科研和教学。加强对学员毕业论文的指导 ,让学员参与和辅助科研活动 ,是在学院内部把知识生产和知识传播很好地统一起来 ,把科研和教学有机地结合起来 ,最终达到培养现代创新型警官的最佳切入点和有效途径。

Institutions of higher learning undertake two tasks of knowledge creation and spread in the national creative system, they are research and teaching. To strengthen the guide for the graduation papers and allow the students to participate and assist in research activity, which will make knowledge production and spread integrate together inside the college, combine scientific research with teaching organically. The final aim is to arrive at the best point of contact and effective approach to train modern creative police officer.
