摘要
彩色豆马勃(Pisolithustinctorius)的发酵液在6 25%、16 67%的体积分数下对稗草(Echinochloacrusgalli)、水稻(Oryzasativa)和萝卜(Raphanussativus)等高等植物的幼苗生长有显著的促进作用,在6 25%体积分数下对油菜(Brassicacampestris)的幼苗生长有促进作用;彩色豆马勃菌丝体的乙醇提取液在15 00、7 50和3 75mg/mL等质量浓度下对稗草、萝卜和油菜均有明显的抑制作用;在15 00mg/mL质量浓度下对水稻幼苗的生长有抑制作用,但在7 50和3 75mg/mL质量浓度下对水稻幼苗的生长有促进作用.
Allelopathic effects of fermented broth and ethanol extracts of fermented mycelia of Pisolithus tinctorius were investigated. The fermented broth significantly stimulated the seedling growth of nonhost plants such as barnyardgrass,rice, radish and rape at concentrations of 625%, 1667% (φ). The ethanol extracts of the mycelia significantly inhibited the seedling growth of barnyardgrass, radish and rape at concentrations of 1500, 750 and 375 mg/mL, and inhibited the seedling growth of rice at a concentration of 1500 mg/mL. But the ethanol extracts of Pisolithus tinctorius mycelia significantly stimulated the seedling growth of rice at concentrations of 750 and 375 mg/mL.
