检测猪圆环病毒2型的一种PCR方法

参照genbank已发表的猪圆环病毒2型的基因序列,设计1对2型特异的引物,对广东省20个猪场送检的患病断奶仔猪的病料进行PCR扩增,并将PCR产物连接到pMD18 T载体上,对重组质粒进行PCR、酶切鉴定及测序,最后发现PCR检测均为阳性.

According to the published gene sequence of PCV2,two primers were designed.The sequence was amplified from suffering piglets sample got from 20 farms in Guangdong using PCR.The PCR products were cloned into pMD18T easy vector, and the recombinant plasmid identified by PCR,restriction enzyme analysis and sequencing.It was found that all of the samples were positive.
