Determination of Borneol in Bingpeng Power by GC

本文论述了对含冰片制剂的定量分析研究方法。本实验采用 GC 法对冰硼散中冰片成分进行含量测定,即将待测样品用乙酸乙酯浸提12h 以上,以冰片为标准品,萘为内标物,采用内标标准曲线法对样品准确定量。回收率99.90%,相对标准偏差0.51%。该法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠。

A method of gas chromatography for determination of borneolum syntheticum was described in this article.GC was selected to determinate the quatity of Borneol in Bingpeng power in this experiment.The samples were extracted through the method of immersion by EtoAc for above 12hs.Bormeol was the standard matter and Naphthalene was intenal standardization mat- ter.Internal standard and standard curve method was one of the best ones which could content ac- curately.The average rate of recovery of GC was 99.90%,and RSD was 0.51%.The method used was proved to be simple,convenient,rapid,accurate and reliable.
