Detemination of astragaloside in Astragalus from different habitats

目的:测定不同产地黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量,并以此筛选优质、合格的原料。方法:用有机溶剂提取黄芪甲苷,通过 HPLC 定量分析法测定其含量。结果:各产地黄芪甲苷含量有一定差异。结论:山西和内蒙古的黄芪质量较好,黑龙江次之,河北最差。

Objective.To detemine the contents of astragaloside in Astragalus,to choose good medicinal material.Methods.The Astragaloside were extracted by organic solvent,HPLC assay was applied as the quantitative analysis to detemine its content.Result:the content of Astragalo- side in Asrtagalus from different habitats have some difference.Conclusion.The quality of Astra- galus which produced in ShangXi and NeiMengGu is better,then HeiLongJiang,the worst is HeBei.
