摘要
目的:建立氧化苦参碱氯化钠注射液含量及有关物质测定方法。方法:反相高效液相色谱法测定氧化苦参碱的含量及有关物质,外标法定量,分析几种色谱条件下的分离效果,确定最佳分离条件。结果:氧化苦参碱的测定线性范围0.032~0.8mg/ml,r=0.9998,平均回收率100.5%,RSD0.6%(n=9),精密度 RSD0.6%(n=9)。结论:该方法适合于氧化苦参碱氯化钠注射液中氧化苦参碱的含量测定及有关物质检查。
Objectives:To establish RP-HPLC method for the determination of oxymatrine and related substances in oxymatrine NaCl injection.Methods:To determination of oxymatrine and related substances in oxymatrine NaCl injection by RP-HPLC with external standard method.We compared with several separation effects under different chromatography conditions.
