肝速康胶囊质量标准的研究

Study on quality standard for Gansukang Capsule

目的:改进肝速康胶囊质量标准。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定齐墩果酸的含量。结果:剂墩果酸在2～10μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为101.0%,RSD 为2.18%。结论:所使用方法较以往方法更准确、快速可进行定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Ojective:To establish the quality control standard of Gansukang Capsule Meth- ods.The content of oleanolic acid in Gansukang Capsule was determined by RP-HPLC with C18 reversed phase column,mobile phase(methanol:water=85:15),detection wavelength at 209nm and flow rate 1.0mL/min.Results.Oleanolic acid showed a good linear relationship at a rang of 2 ～10g.r=0.9999.The average recovery was 101.0%,and RSD WAS 2.18%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and quick than the last method,and can be used for the quality control of Gan- sukang Capsule.
