正交设计法确定脂灵胶囊含量测定的水解条件

Test the Hydrolysis Condition of the Content of Lingzhi Capsule by Zhengjiao Method

目的:建立脂灵胶囊的水解条件,以便准确测定脂灵胶囊中大黄酚的含量。方法:采用三因素三水平正交表,考察了盐酸浓度、加热时间、加酸量三因素对结合型蒽醌水解为游离型蒽醌的影响。结果:最佳水解条件为1.5mol/ml 盐酸10ml,水浴加热煮沸1.5h。

Object:Set the hydrolysis condition of Lingzhi capsule,so that we can test the Dahuang phenol in it.Method.Take three reason,three level Zhengjiao list,check the conlentra- tion of hydrochloric acid,heating time and quantity of hydrochloric acid,influnce the an- thraquinone after be hydrolysised to be free conthraquinone.Result.The best condition is 1.5mol/ ml hydrochloric acid 10ml,heat the water till boiled.
