摘要
目的:本合成方法是以合成3—溴—5—乙酰基异(口恶)唑为目的。方法用乙醛酸和丙炔酸乙酯为原料,经5步反应合成3—溴—5—乙酰基异唱唑。结果总收率为(19.9%),反应条件温和,原料价廉易得,适于规模化生产。
Objective:The synthetic method of 3—bromo—5—acetylisoxazole including five steps of reaction from glyoxalic acid and ethyl propiolate in an overall yield of 19.9%.Method: The reaction conditions were mild and the raw materials were commercially available.Results The process fitted the production on a scale.
