我国已加入WTO,而且农产品的供给相对过剩,农业产业结构调整已成为一个非常重要的问题。因此,要遵循一定的原则,采取一定的措施,加快进行农业产业结构调整。

Our country has become the member of WTO, and moreover the agricultural productions are relatively surplus, so the adjustment of agricultural industry structure has become an important task.
