摘要
根据离子渗氮工艺实时监控系统的具体要求 ,设计出基于RS485现场总线的主从式数据通信方案 ,实现了主机和各从机之间的通信 ,从而完成一台主控计算机对多台离子渗氮设备的监控 ,满足了控制系统的需要。
According to the specific conditions of a real-time supervising system,in ion nitriding technology a data communications scheme based on RS485 bus is designed.Communications is transferred between master and slave processors and more than one ion nitriding equipments are supervised by the master PC.The demands for the supervising system are satisfied.
