通过对数控机床定位精度的测量不确定度的分析 ,确定了该方法的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度 。
Through the analysis of measure uncertainty of numerically controlled machine tools' positioning accuracy, the compound standard uncertainty and expansion uncertainty of this method are determined, then the evidence for the calibration of numerically controlled machine tools is supplied.
