摘要
产品创新是企业在知识经济时代、全球化与激烈竞争环境下保持和获取竞争优势的重要方式,产品创新网络是企业实现产品创新的战略组织形式。影响产品创新网络绩效的一个重要因素是基于知识的隐形资源的交流、共享和创新程度,信任又是产生成员企业自愿共享这类资源的前提条件。同时信任还是产品创新网络的一种重要治理形式,信誉机制和战略需求降低了网络成员之间合作的交易成本。
Product innovation is the springhead for enterprises to obtain and sustain competitive advantage under high uncertainty and severe competition. Product innovation network is the strategic organization form for enterprises to develop product innovation through sharing and integration of property-based resources and knowledge-based resources of enterprises. One key factor for improving the network performance is the extent of knowledge-based resources exchange, sharing and innovation. The mutual benefit of free will is the base and precondition for knowledge communication and sharing whereas process equity and trust are the conditions for enterprises' free will in the network. At the same time, trust is an important governing structure for product innovation network; reputation and long-term strategic requirement will reduce the cost of cooperation among enterprises in product innovation network.
