摘要
市场导向与技术创新之间的关系长期以来受到理论界和企业界的普遍关注。本文综述了该领域近年来的研究成果,从"组织文化"观和"行为"观两个角度分析了市场导向对创新的影响,认为市场导向有利于提高创新成果的市场接受程度以及改善短期绩效,但是,由于过度关注于满足顾客的当前需求,抑制了根本性的创新,从而不利于企业长期竞争优势的培育。
The relationship between market orientation and technology innovation has been paid more attentions by the policy study community and enterprises.The paper reviews the research on this subject and analyzes the impact of market orientation on innovation from'culture' and'activity perspective'.It indicates that market orientation benefits short-term performance,but due to exceeded consideration to satisfy customers' current requirements the orientation inhibits radical innovation and does no good to long term competitive advantage.
