摘要 目的 探讨肿瘤患者术后NDV ATV治疗对免疫功能的影响。方法 采用流式细胞仪分析 115例术后接受NDV ATV治疗的肿瘤患者外周静脉血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的变化情况 ,并以 4 2例术后未接受NDV ATV治疗的肿瘤患者作为对照。结果 接受NDV ATV治疗的肿瘤患者 ,术后外周血中CD3+ 、CD4 + 所占比率、NK细胞活性和CD4 + /CD8+ 均较治疗前显著增高 (P<0 0 1) ,且明显高于未接受NDV ATV治疗的手术对照组患者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 NDV Objective To discuss the effect of immune function for tumor patient with NDV ATV(new castle disease virus modified autolgous tumor vaccine)treatment after operation.Methods T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell in peripheral venous blood of 115 tumor patients who accepted NDV ATV treatment were analysed by flow cytometer after operation.42 patients without NDV ATV treatment were used as control.Results The amount of CD3 +?CD4 +?NK and CD4 +/CD8 + were significantly increased after NDV ATV treatment ( P <0 01),moreover,which remarkablely higher that those didn't treat with NDV ATV( P <0 05).Conclusion NDV ATV can improve patient's immune function after operation.
