摘要
研究了热催化瓦斯传感器的三项新技术:催化元件动态配对工艺、新型检测方法和瓦斯传感器灵敏度自动调校方法。催化元件动态配对的研究,提高了传感元件和补偿元件的一致性,抑制了零点漂移。新的检测方法改善了传感器的工作状态,提高了传感器的灵敏度和稳定性。传感器灵敏度自动调校的研究有利于瓦斯监测系统自动化、可靠性的提高。
The new technology was developed for methane sensor: the process of dynamic matching for the catalytic component and the compensating component, new measuring circuit and the automatic adjustment for the sensibility of the sensor. Through the studying of the dynamic matching of catalytic components the consistence of two components of the sensor is increased and the zero-drift is decreased. Using this new measuring method the stability of sensibility of the sensor can be improved. Basis of the researching on the automatic adjustment of the sensor the automation process and its reliability of the methane monitor can be carried out.
