摘要
目的 :研究用 β 环糊精对咽炎颗粒剂中的薄荷油进行包合的工艺。 方法 :用正交实验筛选包合的最佳工艺 ,用X 衍射和差示热扫描 (DSC)验证包合物。结果 :挥发油与 β 环糊精的最佳包合比例为0 .5mL :4g ,包合温度 3 0℃ ,包合时间 2h。包合物、β 环糊精、物理混合物的X -衍射图谱 ,差示热扫描图谱有明显的差别。 结论 :用正交实验得出的包合工艺合理 ,包合率高 ,稳定性好。
OBJECTIVE To study the β cyclodextrin inclusion techniques for mint oil in pharyngitis granules.METHODS Inclusion techniques were selected by screening on orthogonal design, inclusion complex was tested by X ray diffraction and DSC. RESULTS The best inclusion ratio between Volatile oil and β cyclodextrin was 0.5 mL :4 g,inclusive temperature was 30℃,inclusive time was 2 hr. X ray diffraction spectrum and DSC showed difference among inclusion complex,β cyclodextrin and physical mixture.CONCLUSIONS The technology developed using orthogonal design is reasonable and it has high inclusive ratio and better stability.
