摘要
应用正交试验设计法对氢化物发生1CP-AES法测定环境样品中痕量汞的工作参数进行了选择.工作参数有高频发生器功率、载气流量、火焰观察高度、试样酸度、硼氢化钠浓度、进样量等.在选择的最佳条件下,在2536.52A波长时,汞的检出限为0.07μg/kg,回收率96.2%~102.0%,相对标准偏差≤4.15%.
The working paramenters for determination of trace mercury in environmental samples us- ing hydride generation ICP-AES have been selected by orthogonal experiment design. These paramenters are RF power of ICP generator, carrier gas flow, flame obscrvation height, sample solution acidity, NaBH_4 concentration and the rate of sample flow, etc. In optimised conditions at 2536.52A, the detection limit of Hg is 0.07μg/kg, the recovreies are 96.2%~102.0% and RSD≤4.15%.
