摘要
针对脱乙烷塔既是压力容器,又具有上段直径大,下段直径小的特殊结构,且部分是低温设备(-110℃)的特点,在设计计算上采用简化计算的方法,在低温部分采取选用不锈钢,提高制造技术要求的措施进行设计。实践证明取得了满意的设计效果。
The deethanizer is a pressure vessel and also a low temperature(-110℃) unit which diameter in top section is bigger. The simplified calculation is used in design. A stainless steel is selected in its low temperature part and meanwhile raised are special technology requirements. Practical applications prove that this is a satisfactory design.
