脑梗死患者血液和脑脊液神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量与神经功能障碍的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :观察急性期和恢复期脑梗死患者血液和脑脊液的神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)含量变化 ,探讨其与神经功能缺损程度等方面的相关性。方法 :采用ELISA法 ,检测 4 6例急性脑梗死患者 (观察组 ) ,2 5例非脑梗死患者 (对照组 )其血液及脑脊液NSE的含量。结果 :急性脑梗死 (ACI)患者血液和脑脊液NSE显著高于恢复期患者和对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;ACI患者脑脊液NSE显著高于血液 (P <0 0 1) ;血液和脑脊液NSE含量与出院时神经功能缺损程度呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :脑脊液或血清中的NSE浓度 ,是脑组织破坏程度较合适的生化标记物 ;对预测病人出院后神经症状和体征的恢复程度具有较大的预测价值。 Objective: The study aimed at evaluating the clinical significance of determining the neuron-specific enolase (NSE) content in serum and cerebrospinal fluid from cerebral infarction patients both in acute and in convalescence stage, and tried to find out the correlation of NSE content with neural dysfunction and infarction volume. Methods: The contents of NSE of serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were determined by ELISA in 46 cases with infarction disease and in 25 cases without cerebral disorders (control group ). Results: The level of NSE in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in patients at convalescence stage and in control individuals. (P<0.01). The NSE level in CSF was significantly higher than that in serum in patients with acute cerebral infarction (P<0.01). The contents of NSE in CSF and in serum were directly proportional to the severity of brain injury at discharge. Conclusion: The concentration of NSE of serum and CSF in patients with acute cerebral infarction is an useful and reliable parameter for estimating the brain injury severity and for predicting the recovery achivement of cerebral injury after discharge.
