摘要
由烧碱法草浆黑液提取的碱木素,经磺化转化成水溶性的木质素,是综合治理草浆造纸黑液变废为宝的有效途径。试验结果表明,在一定的反应条件下,加入不同量的甲醛,可调整木素分子量的大小,但对碱木素的磺化度无影响。
Alkali lignin, the main component of waste liquid released during hydrolysis of straw for paper making, is a principal pollutent to the environment. However if sulphonated, alkali lignin becomes water-soluble and useful in many ways. We have set up a project concerning the environment protection and beneficial utilization of the alkali lignin. The purpose of this research is to test if formaldehyde added has any effect on the sulphonation of lignin. Results indicated that various amount of formaldehyde added did not influente the sulphonation of alkali lignin. However the molecular weight of lignin was changed to certain extent.
