阿魏酸对NMDA诱导的体外培养神经细胞损伤的保护作用

摘要 目的 应用培养的胎鼠皮层神经细胞观察阿魏酸对N -甲基 -D -天门冬氨酸 (30 μmol/L)诱导的皮层神经元损伤的保护作用 ;方法 取 17~ 18d胎龄大鼠皮层神经元进行分离培养 ,通过光镜观察细胞形态变化并测定乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的漏出量来观察阿魏酸的保护作用 ;结果 阿魏酸可以使细胞损伤减轻 ,使LDH在培养液中漏出量显著降低 ,并呈剂量依赖性 ; Objective To study the protective effects of ferulic acid (FA)on damaged neuron induced by N-methyl-D-aspartate(30μmol/L) Methods Cerebral cortex of 17~18d fetal rats was used for neuron culture in vitro Intracellular LDH release and cellular morphological changes were used to evaluate the effects of the drug Results The neuron damage like cellular swelling and degeneration induced by NMDA could be alleviated by FA(0 5μmol/L~500μmol/L),and the leakage of LDH also diminished,depending on doses Conclusions The results of this study indicated that protective effects of FA on neuron damage induced by NMDA could be detected
