裸鼠作为“活试管”用于兔卵子异体成熟和受精的研究

STUDIES ON HETEROGENEOUS MATURITY FERTILIZATION OF RABBIT OVA IN NUDE MICE

摘除裸鼠卵巢的同时,在其卵巢囊中正位移人一小块兔的卵巢组织,3周后用激素PMSG和HCG给裸鼠超排,在注射HCG的同时或3h后,用新鲜的兔精液给裸鼠作人工授精,授精后30～80h处死裸鼠,取出输卵管、子宫和植入的兔卵巢块,在6批51只裸鼠中。从17只裸鼠上收集到23个胚胎(1～8细胞阶段)和11个卵母细胞,在植入的兔卵巢块上可见初级、次级和三级卵泡及红体和黄体。

A small piece of rabbit ovary was transplanted into the bursa ovarica of nude mouse whose ovaries were removed previously. After 3 weeks, the animal was superovulated with PMSG and HCG and was inseminated with undiluted fresh buck semen. The animal was killed 30～80 h thereafter and the oviducts and the grafts were taken off. In 6 block 51 nude mice, a total of 23 embryos (1-to 8-cell stage) and 11 oocytes were discovered. Ovulating spots and atretic follicles could be seen on the surface of the transplanted ovaries. In the microscopical examination primary, secondary and tertiary follicles, corpus rubrums and corpus luteums were presented.
