罹患AIDS就意味着患者生命力及未来的损失。与HIV感染有关的复杂社会心理卫生问题表明公众对HIV/AIDS咨询服务需求增加。咨询的目的是使接受咨询者理解自身、应付难题和成为更为积极的人。在与顾客进行HIV/AIDS咨询中会出现如下情感反应情景:1.HIV检验前的焦虑;2.检验诊断后出现①震惊、恐惧;②否认;③愤怒;④退缩;⑤健康思虑;⑥交易;⑦妥协;⑧希望;⑨死亡准备和⑩家庭和社区反映等10种情感反应发展问题。

The goal of counselling is designed stv enable the client to understand his himself, to copewith problem and to become a better functioning human being. To relate to HIV/AIDS counselling with the client consists of the following emotional response: 1) Pre Test Ansiety; 2) Post - Test Diagnosis: as shock, Fear; b) Devial; C) Anger; ds Withdrawal; e) Concern with Health; f) Bargaining; g) Acceptance; h) Hope; i) Preparation for Death; j) Reactions of the Family and the Community etc. that thooe ten emotural response develo-pent.
