大连地区霍乱流行状况及检疫对策

The Cholera Epidemic Situation in Dalian Area and Quarantine Strategy

本文阐述了大连地区历史上霍乱流行的状况,对1993、1994年霍乱流行进行了调查分析,指出了近二年的流行特点:疫情来势早、传播快、在短时间内形成暴发,地区分布广泛、病例相对集中,病原菌株有变化,原以埃尔托弧菌稻叶型(1d)为主,近二年内均以小川型(1b)为主。针对其流行特点,指出了检疫对策,为防止霍乱在大连口岸的传入和传出提供了依据。

The article presents the historical choiera epidemic, analyzes the two years spreading of 1993 -1994. It states the two years epidemic characters which are being break out early, spreading fast, being break out for short time and distrbuting widelt. The cases are on focus, the etiology strains among which previous Inaba (Id) was majority and in the near two years Ogawa(1b)was much.The authors, on the base of character, states the quarantine strategy and put forward the scientific fundamental for preventing cholera from in-out-ward to Dalian area.
