惠州卫生检疫局在开展“三资”企业卫生检疫后续监管,加强传染病监测工作过程中,发现一起传染性肺结核病在某企业中流行,一次检出15例活动性肺结核病例,1例是境外人员,其余14例为国内外省劳务人员。经流行病学调查分析,作者认为加强传染病监测、及时发现病人和切断传播途径是防止传染性肺结核传播、流行的主要措施。
