应用手工测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶的丙酮酸氧化酶偶联比色法,并对其实用价值作了评价。本法具有操作简便快速、准确性、重复性好等优点。该法与紫外酶偶联连续监测法比较,相关系数r=0.987。精密度批内CV％<3.1、批间CV％<5.6。ALT活性在250U/L以内线性良好。

A method for the determination of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) with pyru-vate oxidase was developed. The method was simple, rapid, accurvate and precise, results, which compare closely with the enzymatic coupling method (r = 0. 987); the within-run and between-run CV% are less than 3. 1 and 5. 6 respectively. The linear range of assays is 0-250U/L.
