摘要
由霍乱弧菌感染引起的霍乱是当今3种国际检疫传染病之一。厦门出入境检验检疫局在对进口牛蛙进行霍乱弧菌检测鉴定中,采用了以血清免疫学试验为主,结合生物化学与形态特点以及基因检测综合作出判断的方法。本次实验检出3株符合01群埃尔托型霍乱弧菌生物学特性的菌株,血清分型为稻叶型;噬菌体-生物分型为30K。实验提示,加强和完善对入出境水产品(包括牛蛙)的霍乱弧菌检测,对于严防霍乱病原菌自国门传入或传出具有重要的意义。
Cholera was an epidemic disease of international quarantine. In order to control and prevent cholera spreading, the immunoassay of serum was usually used to detect the pathogen. Also it is important to combine with the results of biochemistry test and PCR detection etc. Using those methods, we isolated 3 trains of Vibrio Cholerae 01 which belong in El - Tor biotype inaba serum - type and 30K phage - type. Result showed: The detection of Vibrio cholerae on entry - exit water - product was very important for prevent the pathogen spreading out.
