小麦中DON的薄层色谱测定

Determination of DON in Wheat by TLC

作者对小麦中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)的薄层色谱的测定,主要改变了柱净化条件的薄层板展开方式以适合本地实验条件。用本法测定小麦中的DON在100ppb、500ppb两个水平,回收范围在75～90％、方法灵敏度为100ppb,本实验该项测定灵敏度可提高到40ppb。

This article,a determination about DON in wheat by TLC,for the sake of suitable to local le;t conditon,the developed way of thin layer plate of column purification condit'on was modified,The levels of DON in wheat determined by TLC was 100ppb and 500ppb,the retrieval range was 75~90 per cent,the sensitivity was 100ppb but the sensitivity of determination by this method changed could be increased to 40ppb.
