进口古巴原糖螨虫污染的检验和卫生管理方法探讨

An exploration into the inspection and hygienics management of the mites polluting the Cuban raw sugar

本文报道了对1991年以来经烟台口岸进口的四批次127.566吨古巴原糖螨虫污染的检验和卫生管理。采用漂浮法进行实验室检螨,结果表层活螨检出率高达95.24％,显著高于中、下层。经形态学鉴定检出活螨为巴钝绥螨。为防止仓储期间螨虫污染扩散,提出进口古巴原糖检出活螨时必须卫生处理、杀灭活螨的卫生管理方法。

The mites living in the Cuban raw sugar(127566 ton)which imported in four batch at Yantai port since 1991 wore inspected by flotation test in laboratory.The detectable rate of living mites of upper strata being up to 95.24% was higher than that of middle and lower significantly(P<0.005),The mites were Amblyseius Barkeri(Hughes)determined by morphological characlerist ics.According to the result of the study,the opinion of hygienics management suggested by author was that for the purpose of preventing the dispersion during storage period,the sanitary treatment of desinsccting must be taken when the living miles were found in the imported Cuban raw sugar.
