汕头口岸1989～1993年传染病监测体检情况分析

AN ANALYSIS OF PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FOR SURVEILLANCE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES AT SHANTOU PORT IN 1989-1993

本文报告了汕头口岸1989～1993年开展传染病监测体检的情况。五年共实施体检79769例,发现各类传染病及受感染阳性指标7832例,阳性率为9.818％。作者认为应当加强对出国人员和交通员工的传染病监测体检;出国回归人员和来汕工作的境外人员是AIDS、STD监测的重点对象;做好传染病监测体检及其配套服务是开展卫生检疫预防保健的重要途径。

This paper reported the situation of physical examination for surveillance of communicable diseases at Shantou port in 1989 - 1993. The total number is 79769, 7832 cases of communicable diseases or positive indexes, and the positive rate is 9. 818%. The authors hold that the physical examination for persons going abroad and traffic personnel should be strengthened. In addition, persons return to the country and foreigners who come to work in Shantou are focal point object for AIDS and STD surveillance, and do physical examination and other service well is the important way of developing health and quarantine service of prevention diseases for health.
