1990～1991年汕头口岸出国回归人员艾滋病监测情况分析

AN ANALYSIS ABOUT THE AIDS SURVEILLANCE AMONG THE PERSONS RETURNING TO THE COUNTRY AT SHANTOU PORT IN 1990——1991

本文报道了1990～1991年汕头口岸出国三月以上人员1707人的艾滋病监测情况并进行了分析。监测结果检出6例艾滋病病毒感染者,均为去泰国探亲回归人员。并立即对感染者进行流行病学调查,对感染者的配偶进行血清学追踪调查,三个月后,发现其中1例感染者的配偶抗-HIV阳性。笔者认为,加强对去泰国探亲的回归人员的艾滋病监测管理工作,是目前卫生检疫机关一项刻不容缓的任务。

This article reported and analysed the condition of AIDS surveillance among 1701 persons entry at Shantou port in 1990-1991. Six persons infected with HIV was detected, they were all returning from Thailand, and the epidemiological survey was immediately carried on among the infectious persons. The serum tracing survey was also carried on among the spouses of the infectious persons, one of the spouses was found anti-HIV positive after three months.So, to strengthen the work of AIDS surveillance and management among the persons returning from Thailand is a great urgency task in frontier health and quarantine organization.
