在中巴边境首次发现○139型霍乱弧菌带菌者的报告

A Report of the First Finding of 2 Imported Strainsof Vibro Cholera O139 causing new-type Cholerain the China-Pakistan Forntier

本文报道了1994年6月在新疆红其拉甫口岸从朝圣人员中检出2例新型霍乱O139霍乱弧菌带菌者,对被检菌株进行了培养、鉴定。本次卫检机关在口岸成功进行霍乱的监测,并发现新型霍乱O139带菌者,有效地防止了新型O139霍乱弧菌传入我国。

Two carrier of new-type cholera caused by Vibro cholera O139 were found from the worshiper in Hongqilapu port in Juny 1994. The isolation were cultured and identificated.The successful surveillance for cholera and the finding of carrier of Vibro cholera O139 by Health Quarantine Organisation at port prevented effectively the import of V.cholera O139.While performing the surveillance for cholera by each port, the quarantine doctor must pay attention to the surveillance of newtype cholera caused by V.cholera O139.
