贵阳航空口岸莱姆病血清流行病学调查

Seroepidemiological Ivestigation of Antibody against Borrelia burgdorferi in Guiyang Port

为探明贵阳航空口岸人群是否有伯氏疏螺旋体(Borrelia burgorferi)感染情况,我们于1994年3～5月,采用间接免疫荧光抗体试验(IFA),对口岸不同人群血清324份进行了抗伯氏疏螺旋体抗体(IgG)检测。结果表明:口岸存在莱姆病感染者,感染率为2.78%,此调查结果为今后开展防治工作提供了重要依据。

In order to detect wether were infection and infection rate of Borrdlia burgdorferi in Guiyang Port population, 324 sera obtained from different four occupation from March to May, 1994 were examined for specific IgG antibody to Borrelia hurgdorferi with indirect immunofluordscent assay ( IFA ) .The results show that there are intectious cases in Guiyang port. The general infection rate is 2.78%.
