An Analysis of the Results of 5908 Electrocardiograms

本文对黄埔卫生检疫局疾病监测体检的5908份心电图检查结果进行了分析。发现心电图检查异常率为15.13%。46岁以上年龄组心电图异常率明显高于其它年龄组。各年龄组之间,男女之间的心电图异常情况差异有显著性意义。说明心电图异常与年龄组、性别之间的关系十分密切,通过心电图检查结合临床症状、体征,发现潜在的心血管病患者,达到及早发现、及早预防和治疗的目的。

The results of 5908 electrocardiograms taken in Huangpu HealthQuarantine Bureau during 1988 to 1990 were reported in this paper. The overall electrocardiogram abnormal rate was 15.13%.And the abnormalrate of the age group of 46 and over was considerably higher thanthat of the other age groups.On the abnormal electrocardiograms there was a remarkable difference among the age groups.So was it between male andfemale, also.The results showed clearly that abnormal electrocardiogram was closely related with age and sex.By being taken electrocardiograms in the light of clinical raanifectation, the early stage patients may be found so as to be diagnosed, put prevention and treatment as soon as possible.
