摘要
本文对拱北口岸进口的108份蜜饯类食品的添加利的调查情况进行了报道。共检出不合格的蜜饯类食品24份,不合格率为22.2%。通过对不合格蜜饯类食品的来源、品种和理化指标的分析。为加强该类进口食品的卫生监督和管理提出了建议。
The investigation is reported about the food additives in imported preserved fruit whose total amount is 108 pieces (from January 1991 to Jane 1992 at Gongbei port) .the non-quailfied products are, 24 whose defective precentage is 22.2 precent according to the souce and variety and the non-qualified products, We suggested that the hygiene inspection and administration should be strengten in this kind of produts.
